Keep it playful, light and personal
To achieve this aim we opted to create a user-friendly wizard that guides customers through a series of easy-to-follow questions so that they can find the best fitting home insurance product. We also introduced a reward system in the form of a dynamic, evolving illustration so as to maintain customer engagement throughout the entire journey from start to finish.
Gamification
Creating your individual insurance journey
For the onboarding we created a gamified process that begins as soon as you start answering a series of engaging questions. Your responses immediately shape the illustrations before you. As you indicate whether you live in a rural area or a bustling city, the image adapts, reflecting your surroundings. Mentioning the size of your apartment, expands the illustated scene accordingly. As you select the services you want to add to your insurance, the illustration evolves, enveloping your home in a protective safety bubble, tailored just for you.
Creative Process
Aligning with all departments to create the best insurance onboarding
We systematically introduced and refined the solution in bi-weekly meetings with the NV team, taking into account the specific requirements and needs of each department. We began with a wireframe and by the project’s conclusion had progressed to a fully realized prototyped.
