We collaborated with BARMER to design and launch their electronic patient record (ePA) website, focusing on accessibility, engagement, and user experience through gamification, intuitive design, and a focus on simplicity. Our solution showcases the core benefits of the ePA, making it easier for users to navigate through this new infromation and setting a new standard in digital healthcare communication and patient empowerment.
We developed a design thinking workshop for Microsoft's solution architects, so as to provide them with a hands-on problem solving approach to their work. At the end of 2020, Wüstenrot Austria announced that they were introducing a bank for private customers. We were picked to deliver their new vision combining banking, insurance and home loans in one engaging ecosystem.
Cembra Money Bank needed help improving the onboarding flow of their instant credit card. We focused on increasing conversions and successful credit card applications, while at the same time also seeking to make the process more user-friendly.
Acting as sparring partner and external design team, we worked on the on-boarding process, the new mobile and web e-banking user experience, as well as a new concept for trading. We covered the full ideation process, from interviews to Jobs-to-be-Done through to screen design.
